read the information below. This may help you resolve your issue.
Keep in mind: That a username is not the same as your
email address. For Fanatics who signed up between March and
April 2008, please use your email as your username.
When using your email to retrieve your password, make
sure your email address is correct and it's the same email you used
when you first signed up on the Fanatics website.
Troubleshooting: Some email programs automatically move emails
containing links to a bulk, trash, or SPAM folder. Please check these
folders if you cannot find the email. To help ensure delivery of our
emails, please add both email accounts (listed below) to your address
book or "safe-senders" list:

INSTRUCTIONS for password reset or retrieving your username.
1) If you don't remember your username:
Please click Forget
Username? and
enter the email you first used to signup on the Fanatics site. An
auto email will be sent to you with your username.
If you get a message saying no username is found, use your
email as the username and enter the most recent password you were
given.
2) If you don't remember your password:
Click Forget Password? and
follow the prompts to reset
your password. An auto email will be sent to you with instructions
to reset your password.
3) If you don't know your username or email you used:
